Banned on my other account and cant access any games?

Hey, I was banned awhile back on my MaverickMan 27 account. Which I was a member for 8 years on that account. I was a loyal customer and spent countless hours and money on that account. I was away at work when my friends accessed my Ipad and changed my profile
picture, which later got me banned for life. In the case review, It said I could still play my games and 2 months later I cant play them at all. I took a break away from Xbox because of the suspension because I believe it was unfair to be banned for life due
to the fact that I have been a loyal customer and had a great reputation. I was never banned before that or had any other issues. I bought the $100 Call of Duty WW2 and cant play it. I would really appreciate if my MaverickMan 27 account can be looked at again.
I have always been a huge fan of Xbox and would love to access my old account again. I learned my lesson. I learned not to stay signed into my account on my Ipad. I just want all of my content and everything I worked for on that account back. Please look
into it again.

My console is banned without receiving a ban from the enforcement team.

My console is banned without receiving a ban from the enforcement team and I cannot access any account at all on that console. I can access all my other accounts including this one on my other console.

i am not sure why my account was banned , my little brother were playing and now i cant access live mulit player any help ?

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you already submitted a case review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.
