Hi i was suspended today on Xbox i was steaming a fortnite fashion show then 1 hour later i get a suspesion and i dont know why but everything it says i was suspended for i didn't do now i cant speak stream message what do i do i done none of these
things and i get punnished for it also it does not say who reported me why i was banned all it just says case notes no proof i got banned on my birthday thanks enforcement team now i cant buy anything for my birthday

Hey, sorry to hear that happened. It's a pretty big bummer. Best bet is to contact xbox support to see if they can sort anything out. If they can't do anything then you may just have to wait till the ban is over. Any other questions just shoot me a message.

I was banned for communication. I am not sure why, the microphone on my headset does not work. I received a message from someone who told me good game. I replied u 2. I don't what communication violates the policy. I tried to submit a case review and
was able to find the link for the ban to be reviewed for what I violated.
