    Banned not lifted


    I have a comms banned that won't let me play online I did the case review and was still banned for 14 days ridiculous. 10/22/17 at 11:38pm my banned was supposed to be lifted but still can't play online but I am able to sign in? I don't get it?

    If you console has been banned unfortunately that ban will not be lifted.

    Banned Account / Content Transfer

    Since you know why you're banned, it will not be lifted and content not transferred.

    How long is my communication ban?

    The time the ban lifts should be right at the end of the ban reason. If it's not there then the ban has already lifted.

    I have been falsely banned for 2 years now before the new enforcement program was released I did my time may I be unbanned now?

    If the enforcement team did not lift the ban when you submitted the appeal, then the ban won't be lifted. Any permanent bans given prior to the strike system being put in place, were not lifted.

    Communication Ban Lifted but People Can't Hear Me

    The ban was lifted mid day today (12/21). Thanks for the info but if the system takes time to lift the ban shouldn't that be accounted for when telling someone on the enforcement site the exact time (down to the second) that the ban will be lifted?

    Your account has been suspended from Xbox LIVE.

    Your ban is lifted around the same time as the ban was imposed. IE if your ban was imposed at 9pm it'll be lifted around that time.

    If there is no date/time listed, it may have already lifted.
