I receipt mail to my account, because is banned to 8 janviery 2018, but i don't say why?

other the xbone one original have the crash system cod E200 000000EF 00000000. I used the support online and i have download the file US01 and save in the USB NTFS formatted, start the install but is stopped to 86% for apply.

What happened? you have banned my console? if yes, WHY??

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.
