    Banned indefinitely


    I'm on my youngest sons account to write this

    My eldest son who is autistic and special needs has been banned indefinitely he's done nothing wrong because he plays his xbox in front of me.he only talks to one friend on xbox.and rhey invited a guy to join chat then the chat crashed and 2 hours later banned!!very strange. He appealed and an email came back instantly like it was automated

    The email said he was banned indefinitely for harassment which I thought only warrants a suspension. He has no strikes on his account at all.and has played xbox since the very first xbox came out.weve been trying for weeks to contact someone via email and phone.only to fail..

    What is going on?my son is at a loss because he lives xbox.his user name is Dopexsoul9269

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    same here what's the email for enforcement team I'm Tryna sign in my account it been couple days and i already submitted appeal they denied me twice how long is my Parment suspension for im ready to get back on xbox

    Indefinite ban meaning?

    An indefinite ban means it's permanent. You can only submit 1 appeal.

    How long does it say it going for

    It may also be a perm ban

    Or if console ban then it's indefinite

    My Xbox account got a permanent suspension because my younger brother had been using my account and buying and refunding things and Xbox enforcement hasn’t resolved or responded

    If they denied the appeal, then there's nothing else you can do.

    If the end date says indefinite, then the ban is permanent.
