Banned in a game I wasn’t even talking in?

So about 2 or 3 years ago I woke up to a permanent ban from the game Sea of Theives. Now I was wondering what I had done that deserved a permanent ban because throughout my 3 or so years of playing I had never gotten any prior warning nor suspensions. So I created a support ticket on the Sea Of Thieves website (Only way to discuss the matter) and they said it was because I used derogatory words and terms. Now I was aware or what they were talking about now. A few weeks before this incident, I was playing the games with a bunch of my friends and this solo guys raids our ship and we kill him. He proceeds to call us the n word in game and a bunch of slurs (which sadly I don’t have proof of but it’s not really that important to the story). So then he messaged me on Xbox chat calling me and my friends bad and my response I’m very disappointed in myself for saying this but I was also about 12 and I understand I made a mistake was to basically ask him what he was talking about but I used the n word at the end. Not the hard R but it shouldn’t matter regardless. I haven’t ever said the n word aloud and I was just an edgy kid who thought it was funny and I never used that word to belittle or harass anyone because I’m not a racist. I simply didn’t understand the meaning and history behind that word and I did not intend nor did I use the word in a derogatory manner. But alas I got permanently banned and when I tried to make support tickets they pretty much told me I they had no tolerance of bullying or harassment (which I didn’t do either of) and pretty much just said they don’t condone the use of the word. Which ok yeah makes sense but my biggest problem with this is that I didn’t use there game as form of communication. Not only that but I also got permanently banned with no prior knowledge of the severe rules which is on my part and I take full responsibility. They then closed my ability to open anymore tickets. But I am wondering if there is any way higher ups can deal with situations like this, since I no longer have access to the game, I feel that I wasted a lot of money and time and was wondering if there is anyone who can help resolve an unban or at least a refund for all the items I had bought or at least the game itself. Unfortunately, Xbox Support are unable to help with enforcements as they have no access to enforcement details. You might be able to appeal this using the link below. If you have already done this and this was rejected then unfortunately you can't go "higher up". If you are banned in a game, then Xbox Support wouldn't be able to help with this.

Init I spent so much money on this Xbox too and they just permanently banned me when the textes wasn’t even mine it’s so stupid Xbox needs to sort this out and un ban me

Okay and who do I talk to about getting unbanned from the ambassador program because I joined a while back and got banned for my profile picture that wasn’t violating any rules or TOS and I got removed from the program because of it

I don’t think you get what I said the account that got my entire console banned only has 2 messaging suspensions and has never once played any multiplayer it wasn’t constant on this second it was only every now and then that we would message people on it but it wasn’t even harassing or cursing and they gave a 15 day ban for my entire console where I could not even play on my main that is wrong and your wrong my friend on PlayStation says they are a lot more easygoing people can make their usernames profanity and sexual and their gamer pics sony doesn’t ban them over simple messaging they got no proof that account ever harassed anyone on multiplayer cause guess what it’s never even played one 😂 so basically they banned it just over the few messages that we did throughout the years months apart it wasn’t constant they don’t listen to their community they do what they see is fit even banning innocents for another example my best friend got permanently banned when his account has never once messaged anyone and he only had one suspension that is suspicious how they perma banned someone without a explanation I have seen it across the forums people are getting wrongly banned when their accounts have done no offenses.
