Banned, I need support. An exact reason and transcript of the event.

Thank you for the assistance, and yes nothing actually shows up that explains my situation. I'm honestly not even mad about the ban, I can stay banned for all I care.. But seriously I'm gonna need a reason or a possible transcript of what I said because
I promise I haven't even sent an Xbox message to anyone in over a month besides my friends I know in real life so I don't see how I have a comm ban. I also don't invite random into the party, don't use game chat and don't message so something just ain't adding
up chief.

Yet again I got a comm ban, I literally woke up today to a sexual communication ban or something like that. I can't refute or do anything against the ban, at least I can't find it. I 100 PERCENT want an unban immediately or I'm going to refund my
subscriptions and just calling an end to using Xbox unfortunately. Thousands of dollars spent on game pass and Xbox live for basically no reason, they have no respect for their customers, finding a real Microsoft worker is close to impossible, support is dreadful
since 2012. Guarantee I won't even get a response to this message besides like some bot giving me a link that doesn't work. Also I can't get a case review... the 4 "Xbox gamers" I messaged just sent me to enforcement which doesn't even show me how to help
myself.

Actually upon permanent suspension of an account you forfeits any refunds and no you will.never get a transcript amd you seem to.misunderstand the system as the gamers are correct enforcement site is the only option

Any browser other then a vpn or safari or chrome works

Anything with a better score then chrome.like firefox or edge works great with most sites

Chrome doesnt score.well.in w3g tests or benchmarks they just.have.the largest .install base

The only way to possibly get unbanned is by submitting a case review on the enforcement site. http://enforcement.xbox.com If the site's not working, try a different browser. It
seems to be working on Edge.

Buddy, I don't gameshare with anyone, it's not a permanent suspension and your spelling is awful. If I'm not even allowed to know why I'm banned because it's all done by some robot who hard bans anyone who gets to many reports stacked against them (even
if it's the same person, trolling or spam) is super pathetic and I think we all know this. Like, clearly nobody has actually looked into the case, I woke up the other day and I'm banned with no explanation... How does that seem like a fair system. Also I've
had this exact thing already happen to me twice. You can literally get anyone on Xbox banned for no reason IE get 3 or 4 of your friends to report the same person for the same thing over and over again and they get banned, I've seen it first hand. But if that's
how this business is going to be run I will just get my refund on my game pass, live and access and be on my way 👍
