    The title says it all. I open the site rarely, but last time I opened it. I couldn't post nor reply to post. I have never created more than one account and I don't know if this is even possible. I use the halo app and currently downloading halo5 forge. But
    this problem has demotivated me a lot. I still think its an issue on 343s end.

    Did you create an offline account on your 360? It also sounds like you created a new account on your One. If this is the case you can't merge the account data. If they are the same account then you should be able to sync all your achievements just fine.

    You can't create one to bypass a ban, but otherwise, there's no rules against making multiple accounts.

    Did you set your birthday as under 18? If you register as a minor like that, it'll make you create a parent account during the account creation.

    Accounts do not create themselves, because they require a WLID to be input by the user.

    If two accounts were created, it means you went through the process of creating an account twice. And it most certainly shouldn't upgrade both to gold without your consent.
