Banned from editing my profile on Xbox One

Hi, I've been banned from editing my profile as I uploaded the wrong picture (which I was banned for) which straight after realising it was the wrong one I changed it and within a minute or less I was banned, please help.

Account Suspension

I was recently banned from editing my gamer picture or profile details on my account. I applied for a case review, explained that there was nothing violating about any information on my profile, and also pointed out what was posted on there. All I posted
was roughly "Name: Ryan, Age: N/A, DOB:04/02/N/A, Height: 5'10", Weight: N/A". I was then replied to in the case review that my profile was violating the rules, and without any explanation as of to what on my profile was violating the rules, therefore, I would
class this response as unprofessional.

I always accept my bans, and I would accept this one, but without any detailed reason as of to why I was banned from perform specific actions, it's just pointless.

My account is banned because a different profile is banned.

A profile on my xbox has been banned, and i tried playing on my account but my account is banned too and
my profile isnt the one banned?? Im not able to play any games at all and my account isnt the one thats banned.

Nothing anyone here can do as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

Is one of the consoles banned from Xbox Live? You can't move profiles or saved games from a banned console to a non-banned one; they'll show as corrupt.

I tried to edit my comments here to better fit the forums guidelines, but it won't allow me to edit or delete. So, I'm guessing this has something to do with my ban, because I can't even edit my profile.

The profile wasn't banned, the console was the banned, I'm asking how I must to sign in with my new console, with the profile that I kept in my USB memory, or if I must recover the profile from Xbox Live and lost the progress that I got while the console
were banned

I only knew I was banned when i tried to connect to xbox live and i had a message come up saying that the console was banned from live.

I then received an email saying that my profile had been permanently suspended on live.

Should I have received two emails one for the console and one for the profile?

Does anybody know if this is normal to ban both console and profile at the sametime?
