    Banned from communications and I don’t know why


    I was banned from communications a few weeks ago and I got banned for around 2 weeks. I learnt my lesson and haven’t texted anyone something rude or offensive and I have been banned again for another 2 weeks . Could you please tell me what I have done wrong

    I don’t know why I was banned from communications!

    Hi Microsoft. My gamer tag is and I don’t know how I got banned from communications, I was playing Fortnite Battle Royale and I was in a solo match meaning I couldn’t talk to anyone and I also wasn’t in a party with friends and I received
    a email saying I was banned? I don’t understand how this happened but it’s very unprofessional. I’m not happy about this at all. Somebody please contact me so we can sort this out. Thank you

    I’ve been banned for posting in the “looking for group” and I don’t know why and can’t appeal it.

    How are we meant to stop future bans if we don’t get an explanation of why we were banned. Is there anyway to communicate with an actual person that can view the ban that can tell me why I was banned?

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. In the future it's best to never give others access to your account.
