Banned for what?

My account was suspended. Nowhere in your email does it say for what. All it says was that i breached the code of conduct but it does not explain
how i breached the code of conduct. I have viewed your link in the email in relation to my account . It tells me I have a perfect record. I have been an xbox subscriber for many years I am 49 years old with 3 kids. My son also plays the
xbox live. If the cause of the ban is from my son then i need to know so that we can have a conversation about game play and little trolls that provoke you expecting a response and then report you for standing your ground.

I feel your reporting service is being exploited by young trolls that have been trying to ruin the game experience of our games recently. Namely 2 young trolls on sea of thieves and one in rainbow 6 seige. Considering the conversation also involved their acknowlegement
that they were videoing the game so that they can post it on their YouTube channel.

If this is how easy these trolls use your system to continue to cause grief to your players then i would say
you have a problem here. My "guilt" is automatically assumed.

I pay for the xbox live service and I expect to recieve it. If you cannot issue me with a comprhensive explainstion of the ban then I expect a refund for the time I have been wrongly accused of whatever the issue is with this email.
