BANNED FOR WHAT REASON?

So I recently purchased this used Xbox off of the “Offer Up” app, and was excited to play pubg. This is not my first Xbox one, I have one back home and purchased this one as an extra. I have had 0 problems with signing in and playing online multiplayer,
but as soon as I get this one, get signed in, it says I am banned from multiplayer. It doesn’t say the console is, it says “this account” so it means my actual Xbox account. I checked my suspension history and there is no evidence that I have been recently
banned. This is a joke. Please help.

Banned for What?

I was recently communication banned and why I never reply to hate messages or talk in game I was told my friend who hates me got a bunch of people to report me so i wanna know why I'm banned

Banned for what?

My son plays gears 4 with me. he has been banned for a week and a half now and i am unable to figure out why. the screen says,"you or a member of your squad is suspended from matchmaking, please try again later." im not suspended and he never quits matches
so whats the deal?

Hi there,

have you tried to see what happens if your account tries to play online on your or any one else their console. To double check it is your account and not the actual console. (The messaging could be wrong)

Either way since this is enforcement related you will have to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

Keep in mind that if it is the console itself, then there is nothing that can be done, once a console is banned it will remain banned.

The OP is assuming that is the reason he got banned, not that it was the actual reason, because that is what the majority on the console ban board were for.

If he posts on there he will find out the reason his console was banned. It's possible that it is for a different reason.

Unfortunately no one can "unban" the account. The best thing you can do is review the Terms Of Use and Code Of Conduct to prevent this from happening again. These can be read at:

If you'd like, you can try contacting the XBLPET (Enforcement Team) within the forums at:

Just make sure to include your Gamertag in the post and they will let you know why the account received the ban/suspension. They do
not have a phone support, the forums are the only way to reach them. Other than the Enforcement Team, no one has the ability to unban your Account. However, I will remind that the XBLPET does not wrongfully ban
individuals on a spur of the moment decision. Each decision is contemplated for quite some time before a final judgement is made. They take into account the severity of the issue, along with any previous violations, etc. You can find out how the Enforcement
