Banned for sending one twitch link to someone who wanted it.

Comms suspension are decided in basis of a violation of the Code of Conduct. The situation you have described might have nothing to do with your suspension

Odds are the suspension was not for that interaction. Reports are investigated and those do take time. The incident that was reported could have been days, or even weeks earlier.

As Fakir101 mentioned, you can submit a case review if you feel it's in error. Only an Enforcement team member can respond to specific enforcement actions, and they do not use the forums.

you should contqct the xbox enforcment team and submit a caae review, you can do that an enforcement.xbox.com

Do you get the same one in return that you send in? I've heard once you send it in, they usually send you a different re-furbished one. I have the white one, that I noticed would have been covered under the 3 year deal, but I wasn't aware of that until
it was too late.

I've got someone locally who could repair it cheaper then Microsoft, but I don't want to take the chance it would be banned if someone else repaired it.

That's the problem on twitch it's linked on xbox it's not when I try to link it to my Xbox it leaves me on a load screen forever

Account- link social account- twitch then I go to log in twitch home screen and enter username and password it sends me account token and then it stays loading

Also downloaded app on xbox and linked it there and twitch icon still won't load to home screen
