If someone harasses you on xbox live you can report that person or block him/her from further abuse. Retaliating is a breach of the Code of Conduct and as such object to enforcement acts.

hi im pacman im a Xbox fan but kid who dont like me they reported me and they call me bad word. it make me angry i dont like people saying the bad word and i cant call them bad word sorry for being bad on xbox

My sons having the same problem, received an email saying his banned but no details at all on his enforcement page, says he has a perfect record, no idea how long the ban is or for what. How do you contact xbox??
