    Banned For Over 4 Years.


    Okay so i got this account that i made way back in 2011 when i was a kid so fast forward to 2020 and i been getting false bans of people abusing the system just because i was good at a certain game anyway in October of 2020 i was banned Permanently for getting banned to many times over the course of 5 years (on and off) so is there anywhere or anybody that i can get in touch with so i can at least transfer the game that i have on there if not then i already made peace with the account i just buy more games for the new account and also just a note i cant access the enforcement logs or fill out an unbanned request because i already did that 4 years ago and the gamertag of the account is Karma Aut thanks Banned For Over 4 Years. :)

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Unfortunately, there's no direct contact for Xbox Enforcement team. We can only appeal once for our suspension. If it's final already, I am afraid we cannot do anything about it anymore.

    To answer your question about transferring your games, it's not possible because our game licenses are bound to our account and non-transferable.

    Lenience for Old Perma-Banned Accounts

    You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time that the ban happened. Since it's been over a year, there's no way to contact them about the ban and it will not be unbanned.

    Your warning is the code of conduct/terms of service you agreed to when you signed up. The rules were exactly the same 4 years ago.

    This is my own account and has been for over 4 years. I am simply letting him know it is against the rules to buy a gametag. Therefore that account may suffer a ban as he admits to paying for it.
