    I have had to live supports tell me I did not break the code of Conduct and now all of a sudden today I got a 100 DAY COMMUNICATION BAN!!! What the hell is going on?!?!?! I want this fixed NOW

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    Enforcement is nothing to do with support so they have given you the incorrect info.

    100 day suspensions are issued when someone has committed multiple violations of the ToU/CoC.

    For some reason they do not show on the enforcement site
    here     & can not be appealed.

    You will have to wait out the suspension.

    There's nothing anyone on the forums or at support can do.
