Banned for no reason

Hi, my account has been banned for nearly a year and a half and I was just wondering if it is possible to un ban it because I actually didn't do anything wrong. I was just sitting there playing my game and I got kicked offline. Didn't think anything of it
so signed back in. Then it said I have been banned. I've only posted bow because I didn't know I could ask for support until today. I lost loads of games that I brought from the store and all my progress because of nothing. That is a lot of money wasted because
some one abused your reporting system. My gamer tag is xx.

It doesn't matter if you had nothing there when the suspension was issued, it all depends what was there when someone filed a complaint about your Gamertag. So you're going to Sony because you couldn't be bothered to the read the Code of Conduct when you
joined. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com. However, if the ban was issued more than 12 months ago, it would not longer be possible to have the enforcement team look into
it.
