Banned for no reason whatsoever

so i go onto my xbox and receive a notification that i got banned at 14:45, i went on my xbox at roughly 15:50. I look on the website to see what i was banned for and see that i allegedly messaged someone a racist term. i check recent messages and see that i my last message is ‘inv’. im noe banned for 8 days for no reason and im extremely infuriated about the situation, please help

If it was a Looking for Group post, those are only meant for finding others to play a game with. Posting anything else is not allowed. Even though others post it, it doesn't mean it's allowed.
