Banned for no reason whatsoever. At least not fully to my knowledge of why.

A while ago I was banned on this account, "This account participated in cheating. This may include using or associating with unauthorized account, software, or hardware modifications, intentionally playing with others who have modifications, attempting
to acquire modifications, network manipulation, abusing the Xbox Live reporting system, or other attempts to gain an unfair advantage in online multiplayer." I want to know why I was banned for this, knowing that I have never cheated in any game, such as gaining
an unfair advantage in online multiplayer. I am thinking of one thing, but I was not the one at fault. I will explain right now. I was in a match of Call of Duty, on the other team there was a whole bunch of cheaters using these menus to gain the advantage,
at the end of the game, I was deranged of my prestige and level, and the other day I was suspended forever. I have proof of my account being hacked on the game, which is why I am here. Because I was wrongfully banned I am asking for assistance from the enforcement
team directly, I also filed a case, maybe I didn't explain clearly or something, but it was denied with no further information of why my account was suspended. If the enforcement team thinks they could do something like this, this is definitely not right.

I would like to know if anyone knows of a way to contact the enforcement team directly, and a way to resolve the conflict that I am going through.

A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. Since you submitted a review, they have looked into the issue twice and both times saw something that violated the code of conduct.

The answer is the same as it was there. We can not do anything about bans here its all via the enforcement site.

As pointed out by previous ambassadors you have already posted about this issue before. If I remember correctly you have already filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld and after that there is nothing else you can do.

My suggestion is to start again clean with a new account and this time read carefully the Code of Conduct

 

Unfortunately I am going to have to side with this as your best bet.
