Banned for no reason on mw3

The account that was used to play MW3, you are responsible for your account. The reason is that MW3 was released early by some retailers, so if anyone is caught playing the game, they will be banned from Xbox Live. The console has nothing to do with it,
unless it is flashed or modded, and the copy of MW3 is illegal.

Those complaints do absolutely nothing. For every 1 person XBLPET bans, there's 1000 ban-worthy people they don't. Besides, for whatever reason, Xbox doesn't consider boosting cheating. I'm talking about the MW3 in-game complaint system.

PLEASE BAN MW3, Battlefield 3 will destroy it anyway, and plus MW3 is for chavs

I’ve had exactly the same, haven't played the game in a while, I just bought mw3 and tried the campaign early access to find out I’ve been banned for the same reasons as above.

They won’t overturn the ban, the annoying thing is I’m such a rubbish player I don’t understand how they think I’ve been cheating.
