Banned Permantly Help

Hello. I was banned permantly for “cheating” on my Xbox one. my account is Ghost559908. I would like Xbox to PROVE that I was cheating and Tell me how. If this automated system banned me, update it. I had filed a case review and they were no help.

I paid a lot of money of Xbox and it’s gone.

Please help before you lose a loyal customer.

I got Permanently banned in 2016 for cheating ok. I never cheated my account got hacked and next thing I know I lost all my money games etc.. I filed a case review and it's like nobody even read it. Which is some serious stuff. Because I'm losing my money!
I will give my information for that account so it can get fixed because this is not fair to me or anybody whose been hacked and permanently banned please fix

thanks for replay. I filled case review - Decision Upheld, this means they do not change decision in my case as I understand.

I Insist, I did not do ANYTHING that is against the live rules, nor cheating, funny word btw )) So enforcement team stealing my time my money, shame on them... too bad there is no way to punish them for that.

There is some shortening in my suspension after all complaints but this do not change situation overall.

So, be aware there are some ppl called "enforcement team" that are eager to make your life harder ..for nothing.. just because they can and don't care about live services reutation
