This still does not answer my question though i would like to know why i recieved the in the first place so it doesent happen to me again or i can avoid bad posts why should i be the one to get banned when it was a re post and on the looking for group post if there is any profanity you cant even post it anyway xhox wont let you! And as you can see from the screen shot post that i had RE posted has not violated any standards from what i can see and if im getting banned for this then microsoft are not doing their job properly and im loosing out on services that i am paying a lot of money for.

But unfortunately 48 hours suspensions can't be appealed because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket

Just to let you know, enforcement actions are not always issued based in your latest activity because the enforcement team can take a while in review all the reports
