Banned for no reason and hung up on when u called 3 times

i got a 24hr ban and it was over at 2:38pm on the 3/22/18 and i didnt get on until 3 and i was already banned this time for a week and i called microsoft 4 times and got hung up on 3 of those times i want compensation and want this ban lifted i
have never had this problem until now and someone is trolling my account and reporting me so i get banned and its not fair ive been with you guys over 5yrs now and never had this problem i left sony to come back to you guys and spent thousands of dollars just
to get treated like you guys dont care and its not right i need something done and some sort of compensation or i want a refund for the stuff ive bought this needs to be fixed it deff isnt right and its not right i get hung up on by your workers i work at
gamestop and sell microsoft over sony all day long and have made you guys so much money and i get paid to game and stream and im loosing out on money now plz do something

Xbox Quality/Microsoft Failure

This company does not care. They will produce a product that quits working in a year and take your money. Called 5 times and was hung up on each. Chatted for 2.5 hours and excuses were given not reasons. No accountability. culpability
is this company's mission statement.

is it true that he was a mod and banned people for no reason and disrespected other players then banned them? whats the whole story on this i been looking it up on youtube does any1 no more about this?

also for the people that he banned dont u think they should of got something for beening banned for no reason

Yeah, just give em a call and they will take your new card and update your account and you'll be able to play immediately within a min or 2. Call to make sure. Only reason I posted on here was because when I called Xbox Live department the first time, some
guy told me it was happening because of server issues which was total BS and he knew it, then just hung up. But then again, I've hung up on callers when working fora video game company, haaa. Thankfully someone smart answered the next time.
