Banned for LFG post multiple times. Why am I banned?

Hello there,

I was banned for making a looking for group post for the game "Apex Legends". The post is pictured below. I have been banned for quite some time now, and I cannot use the Live service I pay for. I have no idea why I am being banned. I not only cant talk to my friends, but also I cannot play any of my games. I need immediate help.

This has gone beyond ridiculous. The first time I was banned, I assumed it was just a mistake.

I have 0 idea what is happening here. Thinking about switching to PlayStation as I have no other choice.

Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

Just to let you know, enforcement actions are not always issued based in your latest activity.
And, 48 hours suspensions can't be appealed because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket

Hey Josef,

If this is all you have to add, then consider not continuing to post replies on these types of forum posts. Im sure people posting are aware* Enforcement is separate but as you noted, bans under 72 hours won't even be eligible for appeal. So people are coming here to be heard (as I did) and make a desperate effort to find a solution. It's maddening that this can even happen in the first place, and only made worse by the fact there's seemingly next to nothing that the customer can do about it.

So spare us the links to the enforcement page. That's how people got here in the first place.

Well if u were able look at my lfg history havent posted anything i got comm banned like a few weeks ago for posting something on lfg but since then havent posted anything just got comm banned for something that already was reported and already served so why did i get comm bann again when i didnt post anything the comm ban from lfg

Was this a Looking For Group (LFG) post? If so, that would be why...whilst trading may be allowed within the game, using LFG posts for trading is against Xbox TOS.

And, yes, I am sure lots of people do it and don't get banned but that doesn't mean it's not against the rules

80%+ of the posts on the LFG are exactly what I did and they never get banned? It’s exactly what that LFG is used for most of the time

Edit: no matter which way you look at it a 2 day ban just for this is utterly insane.
