Banned for inappropriate language

I just got banned last night. I don’t know what it was for but I have an idea. I know it was technically wrong but I didnt use the language in the intent to hurt anyone. I’m a black man that lives in an urban community so I do use the N word but not in a man are that harms anyone. Yes the word shouldn’t be said but when it’s so deeply rooting in our culture it’s hard. I simply sent the guy a message because we were in the same team in 2k, we had exchanged words on the mic. So I sent him a message to let him know I wasn’t talking to him and explain my poor play in the game. I sent him “ I was talking to the [mod removed] that wasn’t playing D. And 3 of my shots I tossed up bc of SC.” I totally understand the word shouldn’t be said but I didn’t try to harm anyone I was turn to diffuse our situation if anything. And I would of never added the N word if I felt it would of cause this. Literally the first thing he said to me when he tired his mic on was “[mod removed] is you stupid” so I didn’t think this is the direction this would have went. I never had any major offenses, I’m a loyal Microsoft customer, with an account that was in good standing minus a gamer pic infraction. . I don’t think I deserve a permanent ban from Xbox. But I do believe and understand the vocabulary used was inappropriate. I would like to appeal this but I don’t see it in my enforcement review cases. Any help would be appreciated.

I didn’t mention that i dont have anything in my enforcement history. So my xbox is telling me im banned but my enforcement history is telling my my account is in good standing.

I can relate man. I literally was just playing 2K and I ran into a Lebron look alike. The guy wasn't playing well and was being a ball hog most of the 3v3 but ironically we won the game anyways. I messaged him " You not bron [n word]. Your not that guy pal lol' and then middle of the next game i get signed out. Im a black man too and Im not trying to politic who can and cant use that word but i meant in no harm or ill manner. I received a permanent ban and it was my first offense. To make things worse I see everyone getting banned and the site that you can make a case review for it is apparently having issues too. Tbh its making giving my experience as a new user a bad taste and if this cant get resolved im just going to sell my xbox because theres no point if i make another account just to have something similar happen down the line.

the ban doesn't show up on there. It shows the symbol of a ban but doesn't show any info on it and says I have good standing and no complaints on my account.

yeah i was also in the middle of playing 2k and just got signed out and i didnt know what i did wrong someone must have been on my account i have a perfect record and good reputation and ive never been banned before so if i did get banned maybe a temporary instead of a perma? i might have said “kys” to someone a few times but only out of pure anger because my teamate wasnt playing defence but I DID NOT MEAN it in anyway so if i offended someone im really sorry i did not mean to say it only out of pure anger of my teamate
