Banned for Goku Logo?

So im at work, when i get an email saying ive been put on suspension for my xbox logo, which was a picture of Ultra instinct Goku from Dragon Ball Super, cause my Gt is UIG0KU. I dont understand? Im confused and honestly extremely upset cause ive done nothing
wrong. I work hard to pay for my xbox live subscription and the internet and electricity ro run it, just to get banned for absolutely nothing? Ive been banned before in the past for saying negative things to other players but ive definitely learned my lesson
from those and therefore have said nothing to anyone over the past months. I wish i could have some proof or something that could explain the reason behind my suspension at least, or the suspension repealed. This is honestly ridiculous.

Gamertag that isn't existent, yet...taken..?

Wanted the gamertag Goku yet it says it is taken...there isnt even an existent account with the name goku so is it just a 9999 year banned account that happened to have the name and now the name is never retrievable ever again? lol that is dumb

How do you know it isn't taken?

Gamertags are used on other services,not just xbox live & things like capital letters aren't recognised by the system so GOKU,goku, GoKu etc would be the same tag.

If it says the tag is taken then it's taken.

If it doesn't log in for 5 years then it will be freed up.
