Banned for getting harrassed

I have 2 messages on my account where I have been getting harassed an I've been banned for it, or I called someone a idiot because he teamkilled me in rainbow six siege, I have been suspended in the passed an I think because I haven't deleted those messages
I have been banned for this, I play esports on Fifa 18 pro clubs, it's my job and I can't even get into pro clubs because of this suspension I have 2 days to be unsuspended or I lose my job thank you very much for costing me this

banned from xbox live for defending myself

i have been banned from xbox live til 3/11/17. i have not done anything to deserve it but defend myself. get messaged, respond, get reported. why am i getting banned for being harrassed if i am just defending myself? the questionnaire to get a case review
done on enforcement.xbox.com is stupid and i shouldnt need to answer it correctly if i literally do nothing but defend myself to cause said ban

I'm not sure exactly how they get your IP, but it's something that's easy to do apparently. Then they do what's called a Denial of Service. It shuts down your entire internet connection, not just Xbox, which is why you have to call your ISP. It's also illegal.

This is why you got banned. A lot of people get a suspension for sending harassing/profane/negative messages to others regardless of context or who started the fight first. Whenever you encounter unfriendly messages on Xbox Live, report the message, mute,
and block. Do not give those players any further attention. Xbox Enforcement are able to read deleted messages, so it does not matter.

File a complaint against it for harrassment and that'll get it banned.

It depends there is no way to bypass it if he is making a new account then all you had to do was simple report it and then block communication s and then set to friends only privacy

if you sent multiple msgs yes that counts as harrassment

and yes that is more then enough reasons for a perm ban

a communication ban would be for like 1-2msgs but again it depends what was said and if yoh sent multiple msgs and harrassing msgs

if he does multiple msgs he will get the harrassment ban

but if you stoop to his level then you get the same punishment

and online interact ions arent esrb rated however they are enforced to be rated E for everyone by the pet team not the esrb

Yes, they can be banned for harrassment. Thought the punishment depends on how severe the enforcement team determines it to be. Suspensions can start at 24 hours and increase to 2 weeks with multiple enfractions, and then a permanent ban after the 2 weeks.
If the harrassment is severe enough, they will permanently ban them immediately instead of just suspending them.

You can appeal againgst the ban as he is the one harrassing you.
