Banned for doing nothing!

Hey guys,

So I don't normally bother about writing about reviews or seek advise for most thing but this time it out of hand!

So everyone that has played Tom Clancy's Siege, during your time playing you will see team killing it happens.

So today I was placed into a match which was nearly ended, to then discover my team mates we're a squad and was taking in turns for team killing, so I carried on with my game and never got kill by team which I was grateful about, though during the match I
received a message from one of the player saying reported. so after 5min of this message I received from from xbox live and I knew straight away what this was and yes it was a 2 week ban for communication breach! like what I never even spoke to the guy through
chat, didn't even know who this person was, so I rushed onto my computer to try and sort this ban out to find out that I can't do a case review and while on the phone to Microsoft there's nothing they can do as the Enforcement team don't have contact details
from anyone. So does that mean we just have a computer in a locked room banning people and giving out questions to try and get unbanned?

Now I've seen some of these questions before and for someone with metal disabilities I found the very hard to answer, I found this very discriminative.



Though one question I knew the correct answer which was meant to be but it was false itself which is "do you think if you're good at a game you'll be banned" I knew it would have been No but wrong I clicked Yes because you dam well can be banned for being good
because you only need a curtain amount of reports to be banned by the dam computer.

So because of my actions of playing a game, not talking I get banned for 2 weeks! this needs fixed now!!

Also I'd like to make aware that I never breached code or contact so therefore I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving.

Only and enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions they issue. The enforcement team does not use the forums. They are only contactable via the case review process at
https://enforcement.xbox.com.

The suspension you were issued was most likely for an incident that occurred prior to your gaming session. Suspensions are issued after a reported incident has been investigated.

This page has a lot of information as to how and when suspensions are issued.

 

Banned for doing nothing?

hello. I was doing a gaming marathon with a few of my buddies on Fortnite and suddenly i get kicked off Xbox Live. 2 minutes later i get banned for 15 days because i harassed somebody. HOW COULD I HAVE HARASSED SOMEONE IF I WAS TALKING TO MY FRIENDS IN A
PARTY?? I submitted a review to the Xbox Enforcement Team and they UPHELDED THE BAN! I would like to know why Microssoft just has to punish me for doing nothing with no evidence of doing something wrong.
