    Banned. Enforcement help


    Went into a modded lobby * didn't know. I jumped and saw the points rolling I backed out. Did not receive any mod points did not go back into bad lobby. Then got banned. Can someone please check this out and see if there is a way to prove innocents.

    The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    Hello gamer. As a fellow gamer I can tell you that you would have to contact Xbox and speak to a support agent who in turn will document your case to be escalated to tier 3. But, if in case you were suspected of cheating by the enforcement team, then your
    ban is defendant! You'll be made aware if your ban is temp or if it is a permaban. As far as proving your innocents, that would be up to tier 3. Good Luck on your issue.

    The console ban wont show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed or reveresed.
