Discus and support Banned console in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hello team, unfortunately my console was banned and apparently for no reason, I hope the reinforcement team can see this, or if you have any solution...     Hello team,

    unfortunately my console was banned and apparently for no reason, I hope the reinforcement team can see this, or if you have any solution I will be glad and thankful, I got the ban on 07/1/2022, the only thing I recall doing was to activate my Xbox pass for the offer of 1 month for 1$ then 14.99$ monthly, I deactivated the auto payments, without notice, I can resume my subscription if needed, I just need this ban lifted because this is my son's gift and he was diagnosed with anxiety, the only activity that help him to be calmed and serene, please check this out, I can do anything you want me to, to get this fixed.

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer.

    ok thank you what is section 14 ???? sorry not very good at this we've only used market place once and that was to buy some maps for call of duty and honestly we have done nothing wrong feel totally ripped off to be honest.

    exact same thing happend to me....I am out $300 for account theft (thank you so much Microsoft for keeping my credit card info safe) and now withing 30 days out console has been banned

    Tampering with the console is not the only reason for it getting banned. Other things like Marketplace theft and repeated violations of the
    Terms of Use are also reasons.
