Acc banned I don’t know why

my friend was on my acc when I went on vacation an I’m just now getting back but my acc can’t send messages or I can’t hear my friends inside party’s !!

it says I will be banned until November 27th and that I got banned for innapropriate actions,yet I still don’t know why I got banned

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. In the future it's best to never give others access to your account.

A console ban is just that, a console ban. No profile will work on that console. It might not seem fair, but those are the rules. Someone must’ve done something wrong while on your console.

It’s difficult to know why it’s happened as we don’t know what they did to get it banned.
