That's heavy dude, you should unfriend your bad friend and perma banned him/her in your house forever. Good luck with the case review.

Couple things when you say you got the money refunded do you mean the friend that the money was taken off his account went to his bank and disputed the charges and MS gave the money back to the bank?

Did you call MS and tell them what happened and they refunded the money?

Scenario 1 MS looks at this as someone trying to bypass MSs refund policies and considers this marketplace theft. Which is a permanently bannable offense.

Scenario 2 would depend on what MS policies on refunds are whether they would give the money back or not

Keep this in mind that YOU are responsible for your account at ALL times.

The MS Enforcement team is the only people that deal with suspensions

The only way to contact the Enforcement team is through the case review process at their website enforcement.xbox.com

You would go there sign in with the account that has the ban on it click on the orange hammer it will then bring up your enforcement history and should have a link on that page to file for a case review it will then ask you a series of questions about the
code of conduct that you have to get all of them right in order to continue on once you get all of them right you will then be given a chance to appeal you ban at which point the enforcement team will reinvestigate your ban and determine if they can lift the
ban or not.

Ok but why am I getting flagged for the same thing and it wasn’t my fault this time since Xbox didn’t take down my pfp on the initial suspension causing the second one leading to me being banned for a year

When it comes to any suspension issues only the Enforcement team can look into and respond to why it happened. They can also do a deeper investigation as to why one was issued and remove a suspension if they discover it was in error.
