Banned account pls help

My account on xbox was banned until march 8 i understand why its band but would like to explain the story basically my freind thought it was funny to go on my phone on the xbox beta app and change my pic in to something inappropriate as soon as i saw what
he tried changing it to i switched my profile pic to the original but a day later was banned for 2 weeks i just think its not fair for me to wait 2 weeks of no online because of someone else doing i understand its my account and my responsibility but pls give
a second chance and i will be more wary of my account srry for the inc

Unfortunately as the code of conduct states, You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, When it comes to an enforcement action it does not matter if it was someone else that caused the code of conduct violation on your account.

Hi there while your response has been answered by two ambassadors when you or someone else puts up a inappropriate image of whatever it maybe it gets flagged by another user or the system it self my advice would be to enable a password or a pin system
so if your away from your xbox next time and your friend decides to mess around with your system they should't be able too.

I am sorry this has happened to you and rest assured that the enforcement team does not take these situations lightly hence why you received the ban.

Sorry for your issue. If you got a ban you could only ask for a case review on the enforcement page. There is nothing we can do here..
