    Banjo-Kazooie code not working


    Hi there, I received a code for Banjo-Kazooie and for some reason it does work I keep getting this error

    It was a physical pre-order bonus for a physical copy of re-core. I was told by xbox support to post a thread on here to get a replacement code.

    That code usually means it's a region issue. What region is your account set for and what region are you in?

    Try going to Sign in to your Microsoft account and re-entering your billing information (that has helped before). If not, you will have to contact the retailer you purchased the game from for an exchange.

    If you really want to play banjo kazooie on xbox one without logging on an xbox 360 is to buy rare replay. You get banjo kazooie, banjo tooie and banjo kazooie nuts and bolts along with 20 or so more games.
