Ban

Sadly after spending hours of grinding and having fun with my friends on many games for 6+ years my account was banned. Now let me give some context I was playing a game late at night with some of my friends and had cam across a sore loser who actually tracked my IP and eventually told me where I lived, after feeling uncomfortable and unsafe I tried to stand up for myself but used little to no foul language. I woke up the next morning to find myself banned this wasn’t the worst thing, because it was only a 4 day message ban I was still a little aggravated on how someone who tracked my IP address would go to such lengths so I decided I would try and report him back, due to the fact that tracing IP address is not allowed. After I reported the message of my literal IP address and added a comment on what it was I was banned and unable to use my account. I can’t even sign on to it at the moment. After I seen this I submitted a appeal and went into detail on how I use little to no foul language and wasn’t being annoying or extra in anyway even after being threatened and having my address traced and sent to me. After submitting these appeals they have been denied and my permanent ban has no details when I click on it in my enforcement history, they give me no reason for the ban Xbox took all of my achievements money games and fun away with no explanation and they were completely unjust I have been looking at other posts and have seen people with the similar problem. I hope Xbox can fix this not just for me but for all the other gamers who put so much of there energy and time into these games, it just makes me so angry there’s nothing I can do about this I feel like this is so unfair and something has to be done.
