While I understand your intentions, calling out users in the forums is not permitted.

If you haven't done so yet, report any messages the user sends through your console, and then block the user. Reports can only be submitted through the console for the Enforcement team to investigate.

Do NOT respond to the player.

 

If these are what you say they are, you need to file a report with your local law enforcement and have them get the records from Microsoft to see about pressing charges against him.
