    Ban mistake


    My account named has been banned for Harrassment and Abuse and it is an honest mistake. I never harrassed or abused anyone on Xbox live. It may have been a misclick or a misunderstanding. If you could please remove the ban hopefully then I
    deeply appreciate it Thank you.

    I can appriciate the frustration, and those support agents who answered the calls were un aware that they were banned by mistake. FYI.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below.

    Note that you should have received an email on the address linked to your Xbox Live account with a reason for the ban or suspension occuring to your account..
