    Ban is too steep


    Gamertag is , recently permanently banned for supposed “griefing and trolling”, first ban this year and for a ban with no evidence and low severety this ban appears to be way too steep...93 games owned and installed on my console. Account
    is over a decade old, whether someone repeated a “bad word” they heard from a game or what doesn’t justify a permanent ban. Nothing was specified nor was any evidence mentioned or provided. Just renewed a one year gold subscription as well, compensation for
    the subscription and all games will be in order if an enforcement team member’s mistake is upheld.

    Ban is too steep

    1) Enforcement team does not review these forums, you will need to submit an appeal

    2) you can apply for a refund, but it will not be guaranteed to you.
