    does anyone know how to remove a ban that ended, mine ended about 2 months ago but it's stuck.

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    It is just that people are overcrowding all the servers. Hopefully ea is at work trying to fix the problem. Believe me I have experienced the same problems.

    I am having the same problem on the same screen. I got the game and havent been able to play one game online. The beta worked fine for me but for some reason the full game will not let me past this screen. Anybody have any suggestions? I love this game
    and will be patient in finding a fix but it is a little frustrating.
