Ban got overturned but still banned

Have you already tried
removing your account from the system performing a
physical power cycle and then adding your profile back after you power the console back up? Doing so may get you access back on Xbox Live if the enforcement team has already removed the suspension.

Customer sevice didnt do anything. All the customer service said was its an enforcement issue and the power cycle didnt do anything i just wanna know how i can contact the enforcement team to ask why it says on there website my ban was overturned but in
reality its not

Feel free to contract Xbox Customer Support so they can look into your account to check what the current status is

of your suspension / ban. The only thing Xbox customer service reps can do is see whether or not the suspension is still active and for how long.

They
would not be able to touch or overturn anything Enforcement-wise. But they would be able to provide that helpful information.

Also, try power cycling your Xbox console. Maybe your console needs to be refreshed so that the console can recognize that you're no

longer suspended.

Well the thing is i had an email that i couldnt get to attached to my account as my primary and i think they might have emailed that email i already removed it but i think they already emailed it. Is there an email i can email them now?

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. If you got an email from them stating it was overturned you can message them. Also try a different account and see if that profile is able to do what you were suspended from. Reason I say this, is it is
possible you may have a console ban also. The only ones that can take care of this is enforcement unfortunately. It is very hard to get in touch with them. Support doesn't even have a way to contact them.
