    changing region to circumvent locks can result in a ban, also remember when you change region you are locked from changing again for 3 months, therefore most of your items may not work and you would not be able to purchase anything.

    We cannot speak for enforcement. Do not set your store to any place you are not physically in and you’ll be fine. It’s is a violation, but whether they choose to act on it we cannot say.
