Ban Evasion Punishments on Minecraft External Servers

I’ve always wondered if Microsoft punished players and users for creating a new account to bypass a ban. Is this a system that Microsoft uses? If so, would such ban methods be allowed to be used on the mainstream Minecraft servers as a punishment for players who evade bans given? It would be pretty helpful to deal with such rulebreakers in a less lenient way if they’re consistently coming back just to break our rules.

well if a player has been banned perm then there are no rules about creating a brand new account and starting over as the punishment is they are unable to redownload previously bought games if they get deleted, they also lose all gold and any money in their digital wallet and all their progress is gone. and sometimes if they have been really bad or continuously get banned on that specific xbox then they will get a hardware ban, meaning they will need to purchase another xbox.

if they are creating new accounts to bypass a temp ban then yes they are breaking the rules.

as stated before you should consider it lucky it didn't come with further punishment as other servers witrh no name changes will outright ban your account

no, i am not ip address banned, i created another account and a mod approved and registered me, i kept it for 2 days till i wrote on a mod's wall; asking a question. i got banned for "ban evasion" very confused, still not IP address banned....

You are responsible for all activity on your account. This includes the fact that your brother got onto your account and was able to edit it using external means.

All things associated with the banned account (gold/DLC/points) are now lost and cannot be transferred. This is part of the punishment of being banned.
