Discus and support Balance wasn't deposited in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; my pending balance of 54,900 points wasn't deposited on the 15th and the request button is missing, can you please send my points through to my account...     my pending balance of 54,900 points wasn't deposited on the 15th and the request button is missing, can you please send my points through to my account for use?

    Requested Deposit was cancelled and Date Pushed back

    Hello,

    A couple of weeks ago I had requested for my Rewards Balance of 4500 to be deposited This week. After checking, I noticed the request was cancelled and now the button gives me an option to request the balance to be deposited on the 29th. Is there anyway
    to correct this and have it deposited immediately?

    it gets deposited 1x a month but you must collect 100ms points before they deposit anything

    so if you only have 20mspoints then you must either buy a membership card or a game online to make your balance over 100 then those get deposited

    every month your balance must be 100reward points in order to get any amount deposited

    If they were pending after January 1, they are scheduled to be deposited on the 26th.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are
    deposited by the 15th of the next month. The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

    As Smwutches says, since your Credit event was on the third, it will be a part of the end of month deposit.

    When credits are deposited they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance. You can check your balance at http://commerce.microsoft.com. Your deposits would be listed as returns.

    i was credit an amount for a game: xbox fitness that was being terminated soon but i can't find that

    The credits would have been deposited into your Microsoft account balance. You would use that as your payment method when making a purchase in order to use the credit. You can verify your balance and check for the deposit at http://commerce.microsoft.com
