This also has to be authorized by the publisher as well and in some of these older games they are no longer in business.

Alexandru, in the case of physical disc and Xbox 360 generation games, these were restricted or targeted to specific regions and this cannot be modified with a simple change of region or language on the console. If in the case of the game you intend to buy on the cover of the disc it does not indicate the English language but only says as available Fr, Es, Pt, It among others corresponding to the European PAL region, you will not be able to change the language in any way, and even if your console is not PAL it will indicate that that disc cannot be played on that console as it is locked in a different region.

Xbox one games and consoles don't have that issue

Preacher @ Tried that one yesterday and that is true when close-battle they do fight but doing so for every battle would be rather a chore than fun.

Bergan @ Not sure what I expected but that game's gameplay isn't very pleasing or enjoyable.
