Badly implemented software protection block me to play paid Microsoft game on Windows 10

Try disabling the ransomware protection in Windows Defender. That actually solved it for me. Funny how Microsoft creates problems for Microsoft.

In step 4 just flip the switch underneath "Controlled folder access"

You have installed an unofficial build of Windows 10, and as such does not include the gaming settings. If you want to play Games on the PC, you will need to install an official build of Windows 10 or 11 from Microsoft.
