    We update achievements/gamerscore stats at the beginning of every month. Since you recently went up a rank, we have not yet updated that information, so your new badge has not been awarded yet.

    The Ambassador badge and the recently given Gold badge (for commemorating the end of Gold) are the only badges for regular users. All other badges are only for employees.
