    Hi, I'm sure many of you have never received the 2002-2023 Xbox Live Gold badge, which can be viewed on your Xbox profile. I've been an Xbox Live Gold member for several years, and I don't understand why I haven't been recognized. Some of my acquaintances have also been Xbox Live Gold members since Q1. Do you know what to do or who to contact to resolve this? I've already contacted support and other channels several times. GG

    in 2002 i was one of the people that tested xbox live before it was released to the public .i have seen people with the badge on their profiles before .so wondered why i never got one ?

    I thought xbox live only started in november 2002,meaning you were not a gold member until then.

    I may be wrong i never had the first xbox.

    If you reach 10 years of Xbox Live Gold (when they start the service of gold in november 2002) and you live in the USA, you have a chance to received this console. But you have 8 years, so this offer is not valid, i think this offer is valid only for this
    month of november 2012 because of the 10 year anniversary of Xbox live.

    New xbox live gold memory badge still hasn’t appeared on profile

    It’s 2 days before new years, it’s save to say the Gold badge will be a 2023 mystery on how everyone gets one. I’m starting to think because of our ambassadorship it will take longer due to our own level badges. It will be cool to see it on our profile but I’m giving up hope.
