    Hi,

    This message is to understand how is it that my account is also often banished for various reasons that prove to be absurd the majority of the time? In my defense, I can say that I play games with mostly Americans who do not tolerate
    my accent. They laugh at me. I laugh at them, it is reciprocal. I pointed that out, and it is obvious that several of them have also pointed out to me, but not necessarily in a fair way. I have never harassed or threatened anyone, yet I am now being banned
    for harassment and threats. it's ridiculous. I have just reviewed my file, I answered the ENGLISH questionnaire, which is not my first language and one of the questions has posed a serious problem to me. I was asked if it was wrong to have a purple avatar
    ... I said no. I thought it was not bad, after all, how to have a mauve avatar can affect xbox live? I have seen SEVERAL players with purple avatars, are they banished? NO.

    Another example of how unfair are the complaints made against me, I had a conflict with a player who was eliminating members of our team, including me. I told him that it was stupid to do that, that it was anti-sporting and that he should go play other games,
    obviously, my English is not perfect and the guy has very badly taken and he pointed me out and then insult me in turn ... I have one of those cravings to sell all my microsoft hardware by what I feel your servers are manipulated by clowns. I consider myself
    to be respectful and I am the codes of conduct and yet I am banished, without reasons for two weeks? I will clearly lean towards sony in the future. The funniest thing about this is that it's been 5 years since I have xbox live, and in 1 month and a half I've
    had more suspensions in 5 years. it is anything. How do I unblock my account? I want to play online but I can not, being banned because of very mediocre reasons. I tried to call to settle this by phone but the numbers given on this site do not work! What a

    its possible pay 700 euro of xbox gold and game pass for each year and cant connect my profile..every day there is a problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I want to share with you one SECRET!

    Yes everyone today copies competitors ideas. That's just business today. When someone comes out with something successful whole industry runs to copy it, does not matter will it work next time or not. they just copy. And when we talk about Apple, just sit down
    and try to remember Apple history. Where they got first ideas? bad service :) They stole basic ideas from Xerox. bad service :)

    About Microsoft and Sony. I guess you noticed that Microsoft made some succesful things. And I guess you noticed that competitors trying to copy Microsoft too. Sony is not different. Actually Sony today trying copy everything what will make some money for them.
    Maybe it's bad, maybe it's not. But I wanna share some hints about Sony. Did you know that everytime when Sony makes new device thay laugh at customers and saying new device does not have backward compatibility! So if you buy PS3 and you buy games, music,
    movies there and then later you buy PS4 you can't use already purchased games with your new console! Does it looks for you fair?

    And you are talking that Xbox Live service is bad? Can you describe why? Because if I compatre Xbox Live uptime with competitors online services uptimes, then Xbox Live have excellent uptime!

    Hi there,

    Phone support is unable to assist with enforcement matters. Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions they issue. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    The case review process is the only way to converse with/get additional information about any Live suspension issued.

    If you have submitted your case review, there is nothing further that can be done other than wait out the suspension.

    If you run into users who are breaking the code of conduct (including modified avatars), report them. Then the Enforcement team can investigate and take action as needed.
