Bad # on gift card.

I have tried for over an hour and 15 minutes and chat with Microsoft and three representatives try to help me with the car just said that it’s an invalid number that I’m giving him but I’m looking right at the card what can I do are they tell me to take
it back to Walgreens I went back two times and they said there’s nothing they can do for me anybody got any suggestions

when you unfreeze my account just because i whrite a wrong code number!!!!!

microsoft freeze my account because i do a error in my code number...i buy another gift card and boom, my account is frozen, i cant put any gift card.... your service is very bad , no customer service its ridiculous, thank you very much!!!!!

 

If Walgreens is where you purchased the card. It's possible that they failed to activate the card properly.

There's currently a
service alert that may be what's causing you the issue as well however.

Im surprised that support didnt have you email them a copy of the code to see if they might be able to figure it out for you.

Maybe try and see if you can contact them again and see if they will be willing to have you email them a picture of the card and see if it they can figure it out for you.
