    Bad judder with new Netflix update


    Hi, just wanted to share a problem I have just experienced with the new Netflix update.

    I have just tried watching a couple of movies, specifically halo forward unto dawn and cowboys and aliens, and they are unwatchable due to the picture freezing about once a second.

    I have tried stopping and restarting the film, rebooting my xbox and rebooting my router with no success. I then thought about disabling the 50hz option in the settings ( I am a uk user so have this enabled to allow my TV pass through to work correctly).
    Sure enough this stopped the judder and the film continued to play ok.

    While this is a temporary fix, it is not ideal as every time I want to switch between TV and Netflix I have to go into settings first to change it. My hope is someone will read this post and forward it to someone who can fix the problem.

    I would also add that I never experienced this issue before the latest Netflix update, and I also miss the voice command functionality.

    ive got to be honest i never noticed the judder before the update and i only watch football and rugby league and after the update still no problems, i wonder why some people had the judder bad and others like me it never effected.

    Noticed bright colour judder yesterday when watching the football. Was especially bad in close up shots on the arsenal players (red shirt).

    Axioms of fate, my freind also never noticed the pre update judder. Although I could see it on his tv.

    Just tried the demo, the animation judders quite bad and the controls are just the worst I've played in ages.

    I have this issue and started noticing it pretty recently, a week or so ago. The judder/shutter is so bad that I don't even turn on xbox one anymore and use my new TVs Netflix player. HBO Go and Amazon does not seem to be affected by it. it is really very
    disappointing, I thought I had finally found my universal media player in xbox one but i guess it was not meant to be.

    This almost makes me think, there is no QA testing. how can a very popular app be broken like this.
